Famously, episodes of Friends were always named the same way. The convention began with “The One”. For example, ‘The One with the Monkey’, ‘The One Where Chandler Can’t Remember Which Sister’ and ‘The One Where Ross and Rachel… You Know’.

They stuck with this idea for 233 shows until the last one. Which was a two-parter called… “The Last One”. Yeah, I am not quite sure how that works either.
