It was really interesting to see the way England balanced their side in the first T20I in Canterbury.
You forget what a luxury having Nat Sciver-Brunt batting as high as she does is because she’s so reliable with the ball.
So her not bowling and batting at three instead makes it harder for someone like Paige Scholfield to get into the XI, as we saw on Wednesday.
