I’m currently reading Scott Oliver’s excellent book, Sticky Dogs and Stardust – When the Legends Played in the Leagues.
Scott writes about the fierce competition and rivalry in cricket leagues across the country. So fierce, indeed, that they pay out huge sums to attract the best cricketers in the world.
