It was disappointing to not get over the line in The Hundred final, and we definitely didn’t give a good account of ourselves.
There were quite a lot of dismissals, including my own, where the shot selection wasn’t wrong, we just didn’t execute them correctly.
Overall though, we played some amazing cricket during the tournament – we basically had to play five eliminator games in a row, which was pretty awesome going.
Ultimately, the most consistent team won, and they were the best team on the day, so fair is fair – Trent Rockets played very, very well.
