Derek Pringle: Flogged bowlers highlight perils of Bazball

The blueprint for winning Tests is a simple one for Ben Stokes and his England team.
Play on shirtfront pitches that offer bowlers zilch; reduce boundary sizes to the bare minimum allowed in order to increase scoring rates; put the opposition in to bat and then chase down whatever totals they produce.
