It’s undoubtedly the strongest start to a season I’ve ever had. I don’t know the exact stats, but I was on about 30 wickets going into the last game and now I’ll be on around 33 or 34. I’ve had full seasons where I’ve finished with that many!
For this season, I’ve changed how I’ve gone about things on the physical side. I’m trying to adapt to being an older player so I’ve changed the things I’m doing off the field.
I used to do a lot of heavy weights but now I’m focusing more on mobility and exercises that make my body feel better and move a bit better.
