THE CAPTURE of Paul Farbrace is undoubtedly something of a coup for Warwickshire and CEO Neil Snowball is confident his new signing will shake up the club from the top to bottom.
Farbrace is one of the hottest properties on the English coaching circuit, having reinvigorated England’s whiteball game first as interim head and then assistant coach.
He also has led Sri Lanka to a World t20 crown and enjoyed successful spells with both Kent and Yorkshire.
