Kent veteran Darren Stevens signs up for another year

Still going strong since 1996!

All-rounder has signed a one-year contract extension with to guarantee his place for the 2019 season.

The 42-year-old has a source of and wickets for Kent during their ongoing match against , top-scoring with 64 after taking 4-44 with the ball.

Stevens made his debut way back in 1996 in a white-ball match at and has gone on to be on the verge of passing 15,000 first-class runs and 450 wickets.

For the three-time Kent Player of the Year promotion back to Division One could be on the cards for the second-placed side.
