Mickey Arthur gunning for Division Two honours with Derbyshire

In the last Championship match before the start of the Blast, Derbyshire may have beaten Kent by an innings to further entrench their position in the Division Two promotion places but the week was still a mixed one for their coach, Mickey Arthur.

“Spurs actually won something,” says Arthur, a huge Arsenal fan, laughing. “But we didn’t leave it long – the women saw to that against Barcelona in the Champions League. I think we can say it was 1-1 in the end!”
