After all the speculation, England have named a 15-strong squad for the first Test against New Zealand, and there are a few fresh faces in there.

After all the speculation, England have named a 15-strong squad for the first Test against New Zealand, and there are a few fresh faces in there.
Huge congratulations to Emilio Gay and Sonny Baker, who received their maiden Test call-ups, and the uncapped James Rew is back in the mix after being picked in the squad to face Zimbabwe last summer.
There are also recalls in the seam department for Ollie Robinson and Surrey’s Matt Fisher, who made his debut in the Caribbean four years ago, and Rehan Ahmed will compete with Shoaib Bashir for the role of spinner.
