As the dust settles on a breathless few weeks, the England hierarchy have some big decisions to make. First and foremost, who will replace Ben Stokes as Test captain?

I would select Harry Brook, and my reasoning is relatively simple.
Firstly, in his time as England’s white-ball captain he has shown himself to have a pretty good instinct for the game, and he seems to have the support of the players around him.
Despite not being a great communicator off the field, he appears able to get his message across to his players on the park.
