ROBINSON BACK, GAY TO OPEN, BAKER AND REW EARN CALL-UPS

OLLIE ROBINSON has been selected in England’s first Test squad of the summer, back after a two-year international hiatus, while three uncapped players – Emilio Gay, James Rew and Sonny Baker – have also been given the nod.

Sussex captain Robinson was dropped two years ago but returns now, almost certainly to lead the attack after Chris Woakes’ international retirement. Robinson has a superb Test record, his 76 wickets from 20 games coming at under 23.
