A confession: I am an Australian who doesn’t have a pathological hatred of the current England team. I’m not exactly enthralled by them either, but moderation on the first count puts me in a clear minority.
Why, though? What is it about the McCullum-Stokes axis, and seemingly everything they stand for, that so enrages (nearly) everyone 10,000 miles away?
