Whittingham sets his sights high in steering new boys Glos

GLOUCESTERSHIRE’S latest recruit Stuart Whittingham is not exactly sure what his new team is capable of but knows what the target has to be – and that is promotion.
The Scottish-born paceman joined from Sussex at the end of last year after finding limited opportunities in Jason Gillespie’s side and is impressed with what he has seen so far.
With three clubs in line for promotion this season, Gloucestershire have a more realistic chance of escaping Division Two than they have ever had before.
