Thomas Rew arrived at Somerset’s press day off the back of a rather packed winter schedule. His last six months have been a whirlwind.
An England Lions call-up for an Ashes tour down under alongside his brother James, followed by captaining the national side in the Under-19 World Cup.
The young Somerset star was hugely instrumental in the Young Lions’ passage to the final, scoring a sensational 110 from 107 deliveries in the semi-final against Australia.
