Simon Harmer is always good fun to talk to, especially so in the say-nothing era. Like most South African cricketers, he prefers to barrel straight to the point of things.
“I like to be honest!” he says, a huge grin spreading over his face. He has been through too much, taken too many twists and turns across his career, to sugar up the truth as he sees it.
