Slow-hand McCoy gets Windies home

WEST Indies kept their nerve against an under-strength Australia to clinch an 18-run victory in the first of the fivematch series in St Lucia.
Left-arm pace bowler Obed McCoy grabbed 4-26 while leg spinner Hayden Walsh picked up 3-23 as the host bundled out Australia for 127 in 16 overs after posting 145-6 on the back of Andre Russell’s 28-ball 51.
Pace bowler Josh Hazlewood starred with the ball, picking up 3-12 to help them restrict the tourists to under 150 – this after Mitch Marsh’s 51 and Matthew Wade’s 14-ball 33.
