ONE-DAY cricket may not have been the favoured suit of Shropshire in the past but skipper Steve Leach is revelling in his side’s renewed confidence in the format, targeting another successful Unicorns Knockout Trophy campaign. Shropshire host Cumberland at Oswestry on Sunday in the second round, with the firm belief they can better an impressive outing in the competition last year and reach their first 50-over final since 2013.
