Scott Gretton hit a record-breaking 12 sixes in two consecutive overs during a club game for Rugeley Second XI against Springvale CC during a South Staffordshire County League match.
Coming into bat when the score was 7-2, Gretton hit 150 from 51 balls, including 19 sixes as he became the first player to hit 12 consecutive sixes from 12 consecutive legal deliveries.
His team scored 318 for 8 in 44 overs and ended up winning the match by 156 runs.
