OUR HAND WARMERS ARE NOW AT THE READY

I’VE been delighted with the pre-season form of my Leicestershire side ahead of our opener at Sussex today.
Our game against Loughborough University last week went perfectly to plan, posting 500 and spending some valuable time in the middle while also bowling them out twice – all inside three days. That’s the first time a Leicestershire side has done that in three years, so it’s given the boys a huge lift.
Then, on Monday, we took on Minor Counties side Lincolnshire in a 50-over white-ball game and it was another good workout, scoring over 400 and then reducing them ...
