Booze and fags. Petrol and razors. Banking and insurance. Over the journey, our game in England has been sponsored by all sorts.
But new official partner Specsavers, who have thrown their money behind Test cricket for the next two summers, are pledging to use their position of prominence to, above all else, help advance the cause of public health.
