Northeast is putting county glory before England dream

IT MAY have taken some time but Sam Northeast is finally beginning to feel at home at Hampshire.
The former Kent star was a fixture at Canterbury before making the switch further down the south coast back in February 2018.
He then suffered a frustrating first campaign in Hampshire colours as a result of injury, despite playing a full role in the county’s Royal London Cup triumph over his ex-employers at Lord’s last summer.
