Newcomers land Cricket Society awards

SOMERSET batsman Tom Lammonby and Southern Vipers spinner have both been recognised in the Cricket Society Awards for the 2020 season,
The pair have been named Best Newcomers for their respective performances in men’s firstclass cricket and in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy. respectively.
The Cricket Society decided upon two oneoff awards to mark the achievements of emerging players across the men’s and women’s domestic competitions. Both will receive cheques and trophy mementos.
