SOUTH AFRICA’S stand-in captain Wiaan Mulder believes it is “exactly the way it should be” that Brian Lara still holds the record for the highest individual score in a Test innings.
In the second test between Zimbabwe and South Africa, Mulder declared on himself at lunch on day two of the second Test against Zimbabwe in Bulawayo, ending unbeaten on 367, 33 behind the 400* West Indian legend Lara made against England in Antigua in 2004.
