PETER Moores is taking the long-term view after a season of consolidation in the top flight for Nottinghamshire.
Speaking to The Cricket Paper within hours of Notts wrapping up their season with an innings defeat to a rampant Somerset, Moores was in contemplative mood.
Citing the ‘two year journey’ his side have found themselves on, the Nottinghamshire coach is already looking forward to next season with a stronger squad that, he believes, should be capable of challenging for honours across all formats.
