MIDDLESEX ARE ready to reap what they’ve patiently sown and win again in 2025 according to head coach Richard Johnson.
The Seaxes have flip-flopped in Championship cricket over the three years of his tenure, while remaining also-rans in white-ball formats, their progress hampered by well-publicised financial struggles.
Despite, or even because of, those monetary constraints, Johnson has been able to develop young talents such as Luke Hollman, Josh De Caires and Nathan Fernandes in an, internally at least, low-pressure environment.
