A POSITIVE Covid-19 test forced Delph & Dobcross’ Huddersfield League match with Broad Oak to be abandoned midway.
Delph’s league rep Les Harrison said: “Our captain, Xander Selby, is on Lancashire’s books and news came through after the match started he had tested positive. The umpires decided it was too big a risk.”
