Luxton named in Victoria team of the year

YORKSHIRE BATTER Will Luxton enjoyed a fruitful season Down Under, being named in the Victorian Premier Cricket Men’s 1st XI Team of the Season for his performances for Greenvale Kangaroos.
The 22-year-old, who made his first team debut for Yorkshire back in 2021, scored 764 runs in 16 matches for the Kangaroos, including scores of 120, 124, 115 and 155. The first three coming in successive innings in the run up to Christmas.
