Kiddy to the rescue once again

WORCESTERSHIRE head coach Alex Gidman praised Kidderminster Cricket Club for agreeing to host a second County Championship encounter at Chester Road.
The after-effects of last week’s severe flooding at New Road, right, has forced the Pears to switch their Division Two match against Derbyshire to Kidderminster so that preparatory work and cleaning up can continue at the County’s headquarters.
