Hat-trick hero Stevens leads Kent to double

EVEN at the age of 43, Darren Stevens is still ticking off new feats.
The veteran all-rounder took his first-ever Kent hat-trick in his 15th season at Canterbury, as the county’s second XI cruised to a tenwicket Championship win over Somerset.
He finished with 5-11 as Somerset crashed to 86 all out at Taunton Vale in response to their visitors’ total of 315, with his military-medium naggers tearing through the Cidermen’s middle order.
