From High to low for Karl and JG Meakin

IT’S rare for a bowler to walk off the field with figures of 6-6 and be left feeling disappointed, but that was exactly how JG Meakin’s Karl High felt after missing out on defending the North Staffs and South Cheshire league title.
Toppling opponents Leek for just 79 to notch a 39-run victory, allrounder High recorded his career best figures to ensure a secondplaced finish behind Porthill Park.
