Fox Marcus Harris heads home

LEICESTERSHIRE have lost Australian batsman Marcus Harris ahead of schedule.
He has headed back Down Under earlier than planed due to travel problems caused by Covid.
Harris, who scored 887 runs in the County Championship and Royal London Cup, said: “I’ve had a fantastic time at Leicestershire, everyone has been so welcoming and I’ve bonded well with the boys in the squad.
“I’d like to thank Paul Nixon and the coaches for their support, and I wish the team the best of luck for the rest of the season.”
