Fletcher’s fireworks

NEW Farnley’s Kiwi overseas signing, Cam Fletcher, blazed a maiden Bradford Premier League century in his side’s washed-out game at Pudsey St Lawrence.
The wicketkeeper-batsman struck an unbeaten 162 from 110 balls, including eight fours and a staggering 16 sixes, five of which he hit in the final over of the innings bowled by off-spinner Chris Marsden.
Fletcher, who plays firstclass cricket for Canterbury and scored 56 not out for New Zealand A versus Australia A last month, reached his hundred in 79 balls as New Farnley closed their innings on 310-4 ...
