Stephen Eskinazi has just returned from a run.
The Cricket Paper jokes that the number of boundaries he has hit so far this season should make that kind of exercise superfluous.
“I’ve been using that as an excuse for the past seven years,” he laughs. “I don’t think it washes anymore.”
Eskinazi has been part of a batting line-up that has scored as heavily as any in domestic cricket so far this season.
