England name squad for maiden Lord’s women’s Test

ENGLAND HAVE named a 15-player squad for the first-ever women’s Test at Lord’s, against India, starting on July 10.
Five potential debutants have been named in the squad, which will be led, fitness permitting, by Nat Sciver-Brunt. The England captain is currently out of action at the Women’s T20 World Cup due to a recurrence of an injury to her left calf. She missed last night’s game against Scotland and will also miss England’s next game against West Indies.
