Cassidy McCarthy (117) and Kirstie Gordon (335) doused the flames of the host’s batting line-up, reducing them to 1-3 in pursuit of 170 to win. Danni Wyatt-Hodge’s blistering 60 from 33 balls raised home hopes but they were bowled out in the last over 17 runs short.
