CHESHIRE booked their place in Minor Counties T20 Finals Day despite Northumberland completing a double over Cumberland at Workington on Sunday.
Cheshire completed their group programme last month but faced an anxious wait to see if either Cumberland or Northumberland could overtake them at the top of Group One by winning both their matches and improving their net run rate at Workington.
