New captain Ben Brown steps up at Hampshire

Ben Brown is determined to be his own man after being handed the Hampshire red ball captaincy.
And with the mercury topping 20 degrees for the first round of County Championship matches and the good weather continuing through much of April, he has been delighted as Hampshire have made a strong start as they look to turn the heat up on their Division One rivals as early as possible.
