Ashraful making a splash in Portsmouth

FORMER BANGLADESH Test star Mohammad Ashraful has had a strong start to the season with Portsmouth this summer, last weekend scoring a half-century and a century in a Southern Premier League and a T20 victory.
On Saturday, he made 69 as Portsmouth beat Alton by 70 runs. Ashraful’s side posted 307-6 in their 50 overs, Harry Gadd top scoring with 118, before Alton were bowled out for 237, Ashraful picking up 1-48. Ben Rolfs scored 114 for Alton.
