THERE WAS a fusion of local sport at Barnards Green Cricket Club last Sunday afternoon as three of Malvern’s leading sporting organisations joined together in the name of charity.
Ahead of their historic first-ever season at Step 3, in the Southern League Premier South, the town’s football club donned their cricketing gear to do battle with Malvern Rugby Club in what is hoped will become an annual event.
