SOME TEAMS need a bit of adversity to get going. And Hampshire are certainly one of them.
To call Hampshire’s Vitality T20 campaign a roller-coaster would be doing it a disservice.
James Vince’s side looked dead and buried with six matches to go, but eventually made it through to the last eight despite a nail-biting defeat to Essex, with victories over Middlesex, Glamorgan and back-to-back triumphs over Sussex.
