NETHERLANDS EDGED out Nepal in an extraordinary T20I in Glasgow which required three super overs before the sides could be separated.
With the Dutch having made 152-7 from their 20 overs, Nepal finished 152-8 in reply to send the match into overtime. Nepal’s 19 in the first super over was then matched by the Netherlands, with Max O’Dowd hitting the fifth and sixth deliveries for six and four respectively.
The Netherlands batted first in the second super over but the teams remained locked in a stalemate after both scored 17.
