Saif Zaib says Northamptonshire Steelbacks no longer view themselves as underdogs after their disciplined approach, team spirit and belief helped them secure T20 Blast glory.

With 12 wins and just three losses in the T20 Vitality Blast this season represented remarkable consistency for champions Northamptonshire Steelbacks.
Reflecting on a successful campaign, Saif Zaib pointed to a disciplined approach and collective mindset as key components this season.
“We were very disciplined in everything we did,“ he says. “It helps when you have so much experience in the squad.
“But we were always just striving to be better every game, and that showed as the competition went on, particularly on finals day and in the final against Hampshire.”
