FORMER ENGLAND cricketer Jack Russell is showing his patriotic credentials once again, this time as an artist as his painting of Britain’s Dambuster war hero Johnny Johnson is shown for the first time.
Russell has built a following in his career as a painter since he retired from cricket in the late 1990s, and he hopes he will be front of the queue to paint newly appointed England captain Nat Sciver-Brunt.
