STEVEN Mullaney insists Quinton de Kock has the goods to propel Nottinghamshire to County Championship glory when he joins in September.
The explosive wicketkeeper/ batsman has signed up to a stint at Trent Bridge and will be available for four of their final five Championship clashes.
De Kock could prove crucial to the destination of the summer’s crown, second-placed Notts facing league leaders Surrey, reigning champions Essex and third-placed Somerset in the final month.
