I’VE been delighted with the pre-season form of my Leicestershire side ahead of our opener at Sussex today.
Our game against Loughborough University last week went perfectly to plan, posting 500 and spending some valuable time in the middle while also bowling them out twice – all inside three days. That’s the first time a Leicestershire side has done that in three years, so it’s given the boys a huge lift.
