SECOND XI
LANCASHIRE and Hampshire will face-off against each other in the Second XI Championship final on Tuesday after the regular season concluded this week to leave the two sides top of their respective divisions.
Charlie Freeston’s Hampshire finished top of the South Division, 14 points clear of Middlesex, and they’ll now play in the four-day final at Newclose County Cricket Ground on the Isle of Wight.
It’s been a successful season for Will Smith’s side as they won four matches and lost just once, in the last fixture of the season...
