NEW captain Scott Harvey was the obvious choice for Cornwall after former skipper Matt Rowe’s position became ‘untenable’.
The 25-year-old has played for Cornwall ever since moving to the county eight years ago and was vice-captain to Rowe for two seasons prior to his appointment.
The club announced Harvey as their new captain and that Rowe would no longer be considered for selection by the club prior to their loss at Wiltshire.
