SUSSEX and Middlesex have ripped it up in the T20 Blast this summer and will hope that injection of confidence can reinvigorate their underwhelming red-ball campaigns.
The pair clash at Hove and know they will need to get a wriggle on if they are to have a realistic shot at promotion in the final weeks of the season. For Sussex in particular, it has been a bruising campaign.
