MIDDLESEX may be early favourites for promotion, but new vice-captain Sam Robson says the club are taking nothing for granted.
Robson told The Cricket Paper: “We’re not going to be complacent, that’s for sure. Look at Essex, they came up from Division 2 last year and won the Championship with two weeks to go. That’s telling enough. There are a lot of good teams and players in Division 2, so we’re not going to be approaching things differently.”
